I am a postdoc research fellow at the surgical molecular imaging laboratory, dept of neurosurgery at BWH. I have received my PhD in biomedical engineering from Leiden university (the Netherlands) on developing computational tools to integrate and analyze anatomical structures with its underlying bio molecular signatures. These computational tools were used in some  applications to reveal molecular intra-tumor heterogeneity as well as to uncover biomolecular changes associates with neurological disorders of Migraine and Alzheimer. My current research is focusing on developing methods to identify molecular patterns in the large volumes of 3D mass spectrometry imaging that typically contains millions of spectra each of which has thousands of features.
