The club is created to initialize a learn-and-share atmosphere among the Bioinformatics researchers in BWH. Topics could be NGS data processing, Linux commands, R programming, machine learning methods, modeling, statistics, data visualization, a new tool, or anything relevant to bioinformatics. Each time a short talk (~30min) for a focused topic (e.g. how to make a circos plot in R?) will be given by a voluntary speaker. Step-by-step tutorial with practical example is highly preferred.

Open to everyone. No registration is required.

The club is running based on the voluntary presenters. So, it’s highly recommended that everyone joining the club could share us something you learned or will learn. If you have an idea for what to present, please email to Dr. Xianjun Dong (xdong@rics.bwh.harvard.edu).
