Christian is originally from Stuttgart, Germany, and he earned his PhD in computational physics at the University of Stuttgart. Before coming to Partners, he worked as a Postdoc at MGH and a Senior Associate Scientist at AMGEN. He joined the ERIS team in July 2019, and his job involves helping users with the ERISOne cluster and teaching the use of our computer resources as well as Python. In his free time, Christian likes to ride his motorcycle, practice HEMA (Historic European Martial Arts), or play lacrosse. He was even an assistant coach for the Spanish national lacrosse team in 2010.
