Dr. Lorena from the Department of Statistics of Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health will talk about how to accurately detect miRNA isoforms (“isomiRs”) based on different sequencing platforms. She will introduce the popular toolkit, mirTOP, for miRNA variant analysis.
